NZ Shipping

We trust Courier post with all of our deliveries. Packages are picked up from our depot point in Tamahere within 24hrs of your order being placed.

Urban/Rural delivery $6.00

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. All packages will need to be signed for unless you state otherwise.

We expect shipping to be the next day, but allow 2-3 days if you are at a rural address or in the south island. You will receive an email once your order is on its way with a tracking number and link to track it.

From time to time things may get held up, so if you package has not turned up after 1 week please contact us info@therefillstore.co.nz

Returns Policy

Please inspect your package when it arrives, if there is any damage to your order please let us know straight away we can refund or replace the items.

If the items you ordered did not turn up please read our shipping terms above and contact us asap.

We do our best to describe each individual product.

REPLACING ITEMS

- This will be at your cost to ship the original item back.

-We recommend you use a tracked option when returning items, we cannot refund/exchange anything lost in transit.

-The items must still be in the packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot replace or refund items if you have changed your mind and no longer want the item.

Once the buyers order has been delivered to the buyer (or has otherwise been delivered in accordance with the buyer's delivery instructions), the buyer assumes full responsibility for and risk in the products. Regrettably, neither Howler Chocolate nor Courier Post are able to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen AFTER being delivered to your property.
